The room was very clean and had lots of amenities. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located next to Central Plaza shopping mall, a great advantage for shopping and enjoying different restaurants. the hotel is conveniently located next to the infamous Chatuchak market, providing easy access to a wide variety of products. The breakfast offered many choices and was delicious.

From the moment I stepped into this hotel, I was in awe of the luxurious amenities. the spa centre with sauna, steam room and full body massage was a perfect way to unwind after a busy day. the outdoor swimming pool with its stunning view and Jacuzzi was a highlight of my stay. the garden area and pool with view added to the peaceful environment of this venue. the restaurant with its mouth-watering special diet menus, continental breakfast and buffet breakfast were some of the best I have ever had. the private facilities in my exclusive room left nothing to be desired.

The only negative point I can mention is the service. Although the staff was polite, they seemed a bit disorganized and slow.

We recently stayed at a luxurious hotel and we were extremely satisfied with the exclusive amenities provided. the Spa & wellness centre was fantastic! We enjoyed a full body massage and sauna followed by a refreshing dip in the outdoor swimming pool. the Jacuzzi and steam room were also impeccable. We loved the garden area around the pool - a true paradise! the bar and restaurant were exquisite with a delightful continental breakfast and special diet menus catered for.

The only minor issue we encountered was the service. Although the staff were friendly and polite, the service was not as prompt as expected.
